Black Bean Tacos featured on 'Uffda Kitchen'

Tim and Forrest Engstrom this week make a vegetarian alternative to ground beef tacos on the Web series "Uffda Kitchen." Black bean tacos taste just as good or better than regular tacos, especially when adding guacamole from fresh avocados.
