LAKE MILLS, Iowa – Kevin Stensrud remained red hot.

So did the Lake Mills Bulldogs.

Stensrud blasted another home run as the Bulldogs defeated visiting Osage 8-5 in a North Iowa Conference baseball game Thursday night, improving the Bulldogs’ record to 18-3 overall and 11-1 in the NIC.

Stensrud, who’s headed to the University of Northern Iowa for football, hit a grand slam earlier in the week. Thursday’s blow gave him the school record for home runs.

Chris Helgeson, Keith Hebrink, Adam Ritter and Stensrud all had two hits apiece. Hebrink, Matt Hauan and Stensrud doubled.

Hebrink pitched a complete game. The Bulldogs had five errors.
