Kyle Lerum cooks up the French toast while Galen Berg and Eric Buttelson scramble the eggs at the birthday breakfast Lou-Rich Corporation had Wednesday morning. Lou Rich celebrated its 30th birthday. Thirty years ago they opened in Hayward. In 1989 they opened a location in Albert Lea.
