Riverland forging Ukraine connection

Tuesday morning at Riverland Community College in Albert Lea.

Kruchkovsky, Rogalsky and Smirnova are in southern Minnesota touring

the three Riverland Community College campuses and are looking

at the possibility of their college, Kherson State Technical University

in the Ukraine, and Riverland Community College becoming sister

colleges.
