Helen Christine Bosacker, 88, Albert Lea

Helen Christine Bosacker was born Nov. 14, 1914, in Albert Lea, the daughter of Selmer and Clara (Pederson) Hareid.
She married Leonard A. Bosacker on April 21, 1937, at Charles City, Iowa.
She is survived by her husband, Leonard; four children: Sharon Buley and husband John of Hollandale, Del Bosacker and wife Patricia of Minnetonka, Cindi Jorgenson and husband Ronald of Red Wing, and Lee Bosacker and wife, Terry, of Chaska; brother, Lloyd Hareid and wife Ruth of Burnsville; brother, Dean Hareid and wife Carol of Coon Rapids; special sister-in-law, Dolores Heilman of Albert Lea; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters: Stacia Alcott and Christine Hareid; and one brother, Richard Hareid.
Visitation with family was at the Bonnerup Funeral Service 6-8 p.m. Monday, March 31. The memorial service is at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, at First Lutheran Church, Albert Lea. The Rev. John Holt will officiate.
Helen was a charter member of First Lutheran Church of Albert Lea. She enjoyed family, sewing, playing cards, swimming and music.
A wonderful wife, a super mom, Nana and great-grandmother, and a light to a large extended family &045; loved by all.
We forget the sorrows of the present and remember the joys of the past.
