Above, goalkeeper Danika Porter gets ready to put the ball in play during a “World Cup” scrimmage Tuesday morning on the soccer fields near Hammer Field. The scrimmage was part of the ProExcel soccer camp being held through Friday. At the end of each day all the age groups play together in World Cup matches. Each team represents a different country in the world. The camp is open to boys and girls age 6-18, has 55 participants and is instructed by soccer players from England.
