Lillian A. Bartness, also known as &uot;Babe,&uot; passed away Sunday, July 20, 2003.

Lillian was born in Freeborn.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Vern; her two children: Glenn (Esther) Bartness and Connie (Hoby) Shelton; and grandchildren: Jacob and Jessica Bartness, and Dustin and Sara Shelton.

Lillian had many loves, including reading, painting, gardening and visiting with her friends.

Her true love was her grandchildren who will miss her very much.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, July 25, at Bothell First Lutheran Church, 10207 N. 183rd St. Bothell, Wash.
