NEW RICHLAND &045; The mistakes for the Glenville-Emmons American Legion baseball team came early, and New Richland capitalized.

Visiting G-E committed six errors, leading to an 8-0 deficit after three innings, and New Richland coasted to a 9-1 victory on its own Legion Field Friday night.

&uot;We just weren’t very ready to play. We were not very sharp mentally or physically,&uot; said G-E coach Louie Toulouse. &uot;New Richland took advantage of all of our mistakes which gave them an early lead, and they just kept adding to the lead as the game went along.&uot;
