Marjorie A. Emmons, age 76, of Edina, was born March 10, 1927, in Albert Lea, and died Aug. 24, 2003.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence 0. and Blanche (Hoium) Johnson, and brother, Herbert Johnson.

She is survived by her husband, Gerald Emmons; daughter, Mary Emmons Bergaas; granddaughter, Beth Marie Bergaas; and a large and loving family and many friends.

Funeral services will be Thursday, Aug. 28, at 1:30 p.m. at Woodlake Lutheran Church, 7525 Oliver Ave. S., Richfield, with visitation from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at the church.

Interment is 1 p.m. Friday at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Emmons.

Memorials are preferred to World Vision.
