Debra M. Olson died Dec. 22, 2003, at the Phoenix Medical Center in Phoenix, Ariz.

Debbie was born in Albert Lea on Feb. 13, 1961, to Ray and Donna Olson. The family resided in Albert Lea until moving to Scottsdale, Ariz., in 1969.

Debbie is survived by her grandmother Marie Aves of Manly, Iowa; LuVern (Arline) Aves of Waterloo, Iowa; Raymond (Mary) Aves of Manly Iowa; Richard Aves of Manly, Iowa; LaVonne (Roger) Clagett of Kensett, Iowa; Shirley Wohler of Sigourney, Iowa; Lila Johnston of Henning, Minn.; Jeanette (Harold) Galligan of New Hampton, Iowa; Linda (Ozzie) Dahle Melsaetner of Manly, Iowa; Susan Aves of Mason City, Iowa; Mary Brooks (William) of Bloomington, Minn.; Betty Ball (Lloyd) of Albert Lea; special friend, DeWayne David Symmonds of Phoenix, Ariz.; and many cousins.

Debbie was preceded in death by her mother and father: Donna and Ray Olson; her grandmother, Polly Olson; grandfathers: Andy Olson and Lyell Aves; and uncle Glen Aves.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. IO, at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home, Albert Lea, with the Rev. Donald Rose officiating.
