Wanda Gail Lyman, 50, Albert Lea

Wanda Gail Lyman, age 50, of 315 W. Fountain St., Albert Lea, and formerly of Nashua and Waverly, Iowa, died early Wednesday morning, June 2, 2004, at the Methodist Hospital in Rochester following a brief illness.
Wanda was born on Aug. 13, 1953, in Nashua, Iowa, the daughter of Walter Wayne Woodruff and Virginia Esther (Chandler) Woodruff. She attended school in Nashua, graduating from the Nashua High School in 1971. On Oct. 31, 1991, she was united in marriage to Harold Lyman in Nashua, Iowa. The couple made their home in Albert Lea where Wanda worked at the Green Lea Golf Course from 1992 until 2002.
Wanda was raised in the Methodist faith, and enjoyed dolls and antiques.
Wanda is survived by her husband, Harold Lyman of Albert Lea; her son and his wife, Casey and Amy Baldwin of Owatonna; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Walter in 1977, Esther in 2000; and her brother, Allen Woodruff, in 2002.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 9, at 11 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Nashua, Iowa, with the Rev. Tony Nester officiating. There will be no visitation, Wanda’s body was cremated. Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Waverly is in charge of arrangements.
