Mary Henrichs, 93, Albert Lea

The memorial service for Mary Albert Henrichs, of 905 Madison Ave., Albert Lea, will be held 1 p.m. Friday, March 18, at the Good Samaritan Center. The Rev.Kent Otterman will officiate. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Mary died Monday, March 14, 2005, at the Albert Lea Medical Center. She was 93.
She was born on Sept. 6, 1911, in Albert Lea, the daughter of Arthur A. and Mary Etta (LeVake) Koch. She graduated from Albert Lea High School.
She had lived in Iowa for a short time, then Austin, and later returned to Albert Lea.
She co-owned and operated Henrich’s Laundry from 1930s to the 1960s in Albert Lea. She later worked for the city, cleaning offices.
Mary enjoyed gardening both flowers and vegetables.
She is survived by her daughter, Elinor Nielsen of Albert Lea; two grandchildren: Marilyn and her husband Gerald Dunkleberger of Faribault, and
Randy Nielsen and his wife Wendy of Nicollet, Minn.; and great-grandchildren: Larry Hodge and his wife Tina of St. Cloud, Lisa and her husband Pat Heuy and their children, Lexis Krippner and Chad Huey, of Newcastle, Wyo., Paula Kolb, Amber Kolb, April Kolb and Kayla Kolb all of Faribault, April Kolb of Newcastle, Wyo., Skilene Nielsen, Nicole Nielsen and Jessica Nielsen all of Nicollet.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Edward and William; sister, Mabel; son-in-law, Richard Nielsen; and grandson-in-law, Russell Kolb.
Mary was a very soft spoken, independent woman. Blessed be her memory.
