The NRHEG cross country team ran at a meet Thursday at the Madelia Golf Course.

Karla Lewer finished eighth in 16:15 for the girls’ team and Ben Waldhauser finished in 17:31, his best time of the year, to place fourth overall for the boys.

Many of the NHREG runners put up their best times of the year on Thursday.

The Conference meet is on Tuesday, Oct. 18 at USC.
