G-E falls in seventh

EMMONS &045;&160;Adams scored three runs in the top of the seventh to steal a 5-4 victory from Glenville-Emmons Thursday.
G-E would took a 4-2 lead after three innings of play thanks to an RBI double by Devin Kaasa in the first inning and Wade Flattum came home on three consecutive wild pitches.
G-E would plate two more runs in the third but the offense would grind to a halt after that.
The team did have a golden opportunity to add to the lead in the fifth, but a strikeout ended a bases loaded threat for G-E.
Adams would take the lead thanks to a leadoff double and two walks which loaded the bases in the seventh. a sacrifice fly plated one run while a two out single drove in the final run.
G-E did not help itself with five errors in the contest.
