Charles E. Neubauer, 88, of Wells died Friday, Nov. 17, 2006, at Parkview Care Center in Wells. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Wells. Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 20 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells and one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Father Eugene Stenzel will officiate. Burial will be in St. Casimir Cemetary in Wells.
