Legislators and stakeholders from state legislative districts 23-31 have been invited to speak on issues regarding people with disabilities at the Minnesota Region 10 Stakeholder Forum from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at Bethel Lutheran Church in Rochester.

The Legislator and Stakeholder Forum is being put on by Region 10 Stakeholders, an organization that advocates for people with disabilities in Minnesota. The forum is also co-sponsored by the Minnesota Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities, the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota and the Rochester Brain Injury Community Committee.

All Legislators have been invited and many have confirmed their attendance, according to organizers. Legislators and the audiences will also be able to hear testimonies from people living with disabilities and how the state can help them.

The forum is free for everyone to attend. The church is at 810 Third Ave. SE.
