Daniel &8220;Danny&8221; Pitcher, age 48 of Wells, MN, died Friday, March 16, 2007, at the Good Samaritan Center in Albert Lea, MN.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 19, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Wells, MN.
Visitation will on Sunday from 5-8 PM (prayer service at 7:00 PM) at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church, with Rosary at 10 AM.
Father Eugene Stenzel will officiate and burial will be in St. Casimir Cemetery in Wells, MN.
Daniel Pitcher was born August 17, 1958 in Easton, MN, the son of Lester and Colette (Stencel) Pitcher.
He worked at Brown Printing in Waseca and Owatonna Canning Company in Bricelyn.
He was a member of St. Casimir Catholic Church and a former member of the Wells Jaycees.
He enjoyed drawing, listening to country music, playing card games, playing bingo, going to the drug store for coffee and his main love was his family.
He was preceded in death by: his father Lester in 1976; his brother: Donald in 1995;
1 sister-in-law: Avis (Dons wife); 1 brother-in-law: Lyle Quam; 2 nephews: Blake Pitcher and Jamie Stenzel; 1 niece: Mary Kay Bratsch.
He is survived by his mother: Colette Pitcher of Wells, MN; 9 brothers and sisters: Joseph (Hilda) Pitcher of Burlington, Kentucky, James (Cheryl) Pitcher of Wells, MN, Gerald (Trudy) Pitcher of Wells, MN, Lois (Donald) Giese of Wells, MN, Mary (Lloyd) Bratsch Jr of Portage, WI, Donna (Quentin) Stenzel of Wells, MN, Cathleen Quam of Rake, IA, Diane (Michael) Henning of Bricelyn, MN, and Barbara Albers (special friend Dennis Redman) of Alden, MN; many nieces and nephews and their families.
