SPRING GROVE &8212; The Glenville-Emmons softball team lost to Spring Grove 6-5 Monday giving up two runs in the bottom of the seventh.

The Wolverines tied the game at three in the fourth when Ashley Lau walked and Kylie Indrelie and Jordyn VanRyswyk both reached on an error. Danielle Cooper plated one run with a sacrifice fly, Karissa Olson had an RBI single and Christy Rayman drove in one with a groundout.

G-E would take the lead with two runs in the fifth but could not hold it.

Lindsey Lorenzen pitched all seven innings striking out five, walking three and giving up 10 hits. Lorenzen also went 2-for-4 at the plate while Lau scored two runs.
