Rebels pound Maple River, 13-6

WELLS &8212; The offensive explosion continued Friday night for the United South Central baseball team as it handled Maple River with ease, 13-6.
The Rebels got a strong pitching performance from Ned Kalis who went five innings giving up five hits, four walks and four strike outs to pick up the win.
Offensively, USC was led by Tyler Linde who was a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate with three runs scored and three runs driven in.
Luke Beyer had a double and drove in two, Adam Stenzel had two RBI as did both Jake Bonsack and Tyler Grunzke.
The victory improved the Rebels to 7-6 on the season as they prepare to face Martin County West at home tomorrow.
