Funeral services for Robert
D. Henrikson, 75, of Albert Lea, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Lutheran Church. The Rev. Daniel Baker will officiate. Burial will be at High Prairie Lutheran Cemetery, Lamoure, N.D. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home and one hour prior to the services at the church. To sign the guestbook go to:

Robert died on Saturday, May 5, 2007, at his home.
Robert D. Henrikson was born on May 16, 1931, the son of Herman and Irene (Anderson) Henrikson in LaMoure, N.D. He attended and graduated from LaMoure High School. Robert grew up in a loving and caring family. On Sept. 1, 1957, Robert was united in marriage to Donna (Lau) Henrikson in Verona, N.D.
He worked for Holsum Foods, retiring in 1996. Robert enjoyed attending events that involved his children and grandchildren. Robert was an active member of First Lutheran Church and a forty-one year resident of Albert Lea.
Survivors include Robert’s wife, Donna; children, Dale of Minneapolis, Dan and his wife Amy of Owatonna, and Jay and his wife Sandi of Plymouth; grandchildren: Lauren, Anna, Dillan and Andrea Henrikson; brother, Harvey and his wife Betty of Henning; sister, Leota Ellison and her husband Carlton of Moorhead; sister, Arlean Quackenbush of Austin; sister, Violet Bergman and her husband Eldon of Frazee; brother-in-law, Richard Lau and his wife Shirley of Verona, N.D.; and sister-in-law, Judy Seifert and her husband James of Boise, Idaho.
Robert was preceded in death by his father, Herman Henrikson and his mother, Irene Henrikson; grandson, Lee Henrikson; father-in-law, Foster Lau and mother-in-law, Mary Lau; sister-in-law Fernande Henrikson; and brother-in-law, Robert Quackenbush.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to Crossroads Community Hospice or Peace and Power at First Lutheran Church.
