A 17-year-old male was cited for DWI, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, refusal to test and giving false information Monday at 3:44 a.m. during a traffic stop at Bridge Avenue and Fountain Street, according to police reports. Another 17-year-old male was also cited with minor consumption during the incident.
