Police cited Angel De Lo Santos, 19, for second-degree assault and drug paraphernalia at 7:04 p.m. Monday after police received a complaint of a fight in the parking lot by Snyder Drug on Main Street, according to reports. Also cited were Richard De Lo Santos Jr., 19, for fourth-degree DWI, and Deonta Lapree Jordan, 20, of St. Paul for illegal consumption.
