An incident behind Chaser&8217;s Bar at 12:29 a.m. Thursday that ended with three individuals being arrested for an alleged fifth-degree possession of cocaine resulted in only one of the individuals being charged in Freeborn County District Court for the alleged possession.

Justin Jerad Herrera was charged with both fourth-degree possession with the intent to distribute and fifth-degree possession, while there wasn&8217;t sufficient evidence to bring charges against Jesse Alan Manuel and Matthew David Block. Manuel and Block were released.
