Three cited for cocaine

Police cited Jesse Alan Manuel, Matthew David Block, Justin Jerad Herrera with fifth-degree possession of cocaine at 12:49 a.m. today behind Chaser&8217;s Bar at 1119 S. Broadway Ave.
According to reports, police were called to the area for suspicious activity.
Man cited for DWI
Police cited Raymond John Hemenway Jr. with third-degree DWI and driving after suspension at 12:45 a.m. today, according to police reports.
