GLENVILLE &8212; Houston&8217;s pressure defense gave the Glenville-Emmons boys&8217; basketball team plenty of problems as it lost 76-42 Friday.

The Wolverines fell behind 44-28 at halftime and were unable to make a big dent in the second half.

Jon Mittag led the Wolverines with 10 points while Garrett Schumaker added seven points.

&8220;We played well defensively even though we dug ourselves a hole,&8221; G-E head coach Dan Fredrickson said. &8220;But offensively we are still young and learning together.&8221;

G-E is now 1-10 on the season and will host Alden-Conger on Monday.
