NORTHFIELD &8212; The Albert Lea boys&8217; swim team posted three wins at Northfield but came up short in the team score 96-81.

The Tigers got a win from Matt Van Fossen in the 100 butterfly where he was nearly seven seconds faster than the runner-up with a time of 55.71.

He also won the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:00.90.

Albert Lea&8217;s other win came in the 200 medley Relay where Jordan Elleby, Chris Dorman, Matt Van Fossen and Ethan Marquardt swam a 1:51.39 to edge the Raiders by two hundredths of a second.

Dorman finished as the runner-up in the 50 free with a time of 25.57 and Mitch Jones was second in the 500 free.
