Maureen Curtis, 76, Eden Prairie

Maureen Gladys (Overland) Curtis, 76, of Eden Prairie, departed very peacefully on April 27, 2008.

After graduating from Albert Lea High School in 1949, she attended Waldorf College and later worked as a Medical Technologist.

She is survived by Fred, her loving husband of 53 years. Maureen is the beloved mother of Virginia Curtis, Terri Martin, Jamet (Michael) Malinowski, Jeff (Debra) Curtis, Christine (Frank) Hays, Kathleen (Craig) Sievwright;

Michael Johnson, Karen Ashley, Thomas Hays, Chad Curtis,

Caitlin Curtis, Andrea Martin, Emily Martin, Corinn Sievwright, Cassandra Sievwright and great-grandchild: Jordinn Johnson and many relatives in the Albert Lea area.

Maureen was a kind, loving and gracious wife, mother, grandmother and friend, a dedicated member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church for 50+ years. She loved going to see her family on two family farms south of Albert Lea. Maureen&8217;s family wishes to express their gratitude for Maureen&8217;s care to the Augustana Chapel View and Methodist Hospital.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 5701 Eden Prairie Road, Minnetonka 55345 (952)934- 9633. Visitation will be Wednesday, 6 to 8 p.m. at the Huber Funeral Chapel, 16394 Glory Lane, Eden Prairie and the hour prior to service Thursday at the Church.

Interment:

Hillside Memorium, Minneapolis. Memorials may be directed to Sojourner Shelter, Hopkins.
