A public forum will be held on Monday at the Albert Lea Senior Citizens Center in the Skyline Plaza from 5:15 to 7:15 p.m. This is an opportunity to tell the Parks and Recreation Department what you like, don&8217;t like, what programs you&8217;d like to see or to keep, or to simply ask questions.
