On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Freeborn County American Red Cross I would like to thank everyone for

their support with our recent fundraiser &8220;Dancing With the Freeborn County Stars.&8221; We could not have done this without the support of the community. A special thanks to our Stars and their partners, Dianne Clark and Mark Thompson, Don Anderson and Dawn Thompson, Dennis Glassel and Mary Angell, Laurie Herman and Tim Grahn, Ann Glazier and Joey Ray, Glen Mathiason and Bev Rothmeier, Sarah Kirchner and George Rothmeier, Curtis Smith and Roberta Grahn, Crisina Frank and Mike Walker, who put in countless hours of practice. Thanks to all the sponsors, Just for Kix dance group, K&K Bakery, Starbucks Coffee, Arrow Printing, School District 241, Leutholds, Plaza Landscaping and Garden Center, Red Star Recording, The Edge Salon, Foto Factory, Steven Dickerson and the Green Mill, the Stars committee and the Board of Directors. I believe everyone in attendance had a very enjoyable evening.

The funds raised from this event will stay in Freeborn County to be used for programs such as disaster response and preparedness, education, water safety, CPR, first aid, babysitting and Services to Armed Forces.
