Kristine L. Yost of Albert Lea has been named recipient of a $100 Bunny Just Scholarship and a $500 Dean’s Endowed Scholarship from the College of Education at Minnesota State University, Mankato for the 2008-09 academic school year.

To be eligible to receive the Bunny Just Scholarship, a student must be majoring in special education or desiring to take special education classes to augment their teaching degree. Preference is given to volunteers with organizations committed to helping meet the needs of persons with developmental disabilities. The Dean’s Endowed Scholarship is awarded at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee and must be an elementary or secondary major.
