Crime: Business reported broken into

Litho Printing was reported broken into at 6:33 a.m. Monday, according to police reports. Reports indicated the business was broken into sometime during the night Sunday.
Charges dropped against woman
The Freeborn County Attorney’s Office dropped charges against Holly Miller, 33. The charges had been second-degree assault and domestic assault stemming from a July 21 incident alleged by the reporting man. The dismissal states authorities investigating the case concluded Miller is innocent and states the credibility of the reporting man has been lost. Meanwhile, charges could be filed against the reporting man for falsely reporting a crime, a misdemeanor.
Shoplifter reported
A shoplifter was reported at Snyder Drug at 11:14 a.m. Monday, according to police reports. Reports indicated a man took a bottle of cough syrup and was last seen going down Court Street on foot. The man was in his late 20s, had long denim baggy shorts, a white shirt and long black hair. Shortly after, at 11:23 a.m. Monday, a man reportedly stole some sort of drugs from ShopKo. The man matched the description of the man from the previous incident, and was last seen going out the food court entrance to the mall on the east side, reports stated.
