Several strange calls were reported at Wal-Mart in Albert Lea Wednesday. Police reports stated that at around 8 p.m. Wednesday, the phone calls starting coming in at the customer service desk. At first no one would say anything on the other side of the phone and all the employee could hear was music in the background. In later calls, the caller started asking questions such as if he could hunt in the parking lot and other questions about 12-gauge shotguns in the sporting goods department. He did not make any threats, reports stated. The incidents were reported to police around 9 p.m.
