Benjamin B. Surufka, 51, no address listed, was arrested by Albert Lea police officers on Saturday at 9:10 p.m. on third degree DWI and second degree refusal to test. The police report said his vehicle was weaving on East Main Street and nearly struck a motorcyclist. The report added that his pickup truck was towed away.
