Killing babies isn’t a Christian act

The coming election on Nov. 4 very well may be one of the most important ones in the history of the United States of America. It could be one of the most disastrous ones as well!

We have a very distinct difference between the two candidates that are running for president. One of those candidates is pro-abortion, the other is pro-life. I believe that the issue of abortion far exceeds any of the other issues, be it the war, the financial problems or any others that might be mentioned. The reason if simply this, if we continue to kill humans through abortion the way we have been doing, all of the other problems will not matter. We will literally destroy our own nation because of the barbaric and immoral stance that this nation has taken.

Mr. Obama is the most extreme pro-abortion candidate ever to seek the office of the president. He is the most extreme pro-abortion member of the United States Senate. Indeed, he is the most extreme pro-abortion legislator ever to serve in either house of the United States Congress.

He has already said that “the first thing I’d do as president is sign the Freedom of Choice Act” (known as FOCA). This proposed legislation would create a federally guaranteed “fundamental right” to abortion through all nine months of pregnancy, including, as Cardinal Justin Rigali of Philadelphia has noted in a statement condemning the proposed act, “a right to abort a fully developed child in the final weeks for undefined ‘health’ reasons.” In essence, FOCA would abolish virtually every existing state and federal limitation on abortion, including parental consent and notification laws for minors, state and federal funding restrictions on abortion, and conscience protections for pro-life citizens working in the health-care industry-protections against being forced to participate in the practice of abortion or else lose their jobs.

I only wish I could give you more information, but space does not allow. Just let me say that if you are a Christian and you are thinking about voting for Barack Obama, you had better take another look at what the Bible says about killing humans! We have killed nearly 50 million babies since Roe v. Wade in 1973. Every day, 4,000 babies are killed in this country. We hear a lot about the war, and don’t like it or want war, but we have not heard the news media rise up about abortion. I urge you to vote for John McCain and save the nation.
