There is a question in my mind as to what kind of accidents get reported in Albert Lea?

My son was in a rear-end collision while waiting at a red light with other vehicles when an area school bus rear-ended him, causing his vehicle to run into the vehicle in front of him.

My son was injured and it was determined his pickup truck was demolished, and yet there was no citations issued to the driver of the school bus! I have always been taught that this meant you did not have your vehicle under control, which means to me that it would be a moving violation, under the law.

Thank goodness there were no children in the school bus.

My question is, why was there nothing on the news or in the paper about this?
