Editorial: Food, food and more food

Now that you have enjoyed the Thanksgiving feast, are you ready for the food of December?
There are leftovers from Thanksgiving — which you probably already finished by now — your workplace holiday party, your church potluck banquets, the festivities at your in-laws, the calorie-loaded meals you eat while shopping, the guilty goodies people bring to work, good cooking during visits to Grandma’s house, the candy the kids bring home, that special Christmas Eve dinner and, of course, the Christmas Day meal itself.
We don’t need to say much more.
For the sake of your health, watch your intake during the holiday season. Take it easy. Eat for the quality of the food, not the quantity. Moderation is the key to enjoyment.
