A rough night shooting led to a long evening for the Alden-Conger boys’ basketball team.
The Knights (4-11, 2-8) shot 23 percent from the field in a 61-39 loss to Le Center (8-8, 6-5) in Le Center.
“We played hard the whole game but we could not make a basket to save our lives,” said Alden-Conger head coach Bill Hintz.
Travis Marth was the only Knight to score in double figures. He led the way with 10 points.
Alden-Conger takes on Glenville-Emmons in Glenville Monday and plays Cleveland Tuesday in Alden.
