Police arrested Robert Gilbert Hughes, 45, for second-degree refusal, third-degree DWI, open bottle and disorderly conduct Thursday evening.

Traffic crash reported

A traffic crash with injuries was reported near the intersection of First Avenue and Clark Street at 12:22 p.m. Thursday, according to police reports. There were three vehicles involved, the report stated. The three drivers were listed as Erika Marie Meza, 20, Margella Leona Besser, 76, and Katherine Diane Kary, 50. The police log did not indicate which of the drivers was injured.

Snowblower missing

A snowblower was reported taken sometime after 7 a.m. Thursday from Elm Homes, according to police reports. It was reported to police at about 5 p.m. Thursday.
