Three Albert Lea senior boys’ hockey players were named all-state honorable mention Monday.

Forwards Jordan Prescher-Smerud, Tyler Prihoda, and defenseman Blake Adams were named all-state honorable mention.

The trio helped guide the Tigers to the section semifinal game and their first Big Nine title since 1993-94.

Prihoda led the team in scoring with 34 goals on the year and finished with 53 points during the regular season.

Prescher-Smerud also tallied 53 points on 20 goals and 33 assists.

Adams finished third in scoring on the team during the regular season with 10 goals and 15 assists.
