Be sure to catch the incorrect names

Last week someone wrote a letter nicely pointing out that there are quite a few errors in spelling, etc. in the Tribune pages. Your response was a bit defensive, Tim, but we forgive you.
The March 18 paper had a headline on the sports page “Oritz, Bay homers blast Twins 9-5). The very first line underneath the headline starts “David Ortiz ….” Obviously Big Papi is a pretty famous baseball player; even if he weren’t, whoever set the article title didn’t have far to look to spell it right.
The March 19 states that Enebezer Howe was honored for donating 47 gallons of blood.
On the second page of the article, under his picture, he is named as Ebenezer Howe. You need a proofreader!
