AlbertLeaTribune.com will debut a new web series at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday. It is called “Live at Lunch.”

It will be a live webcast viewable from the homepage of the Tribune’s Web site.

The show runs monthly and features the Albert Lea Tribune Reader Forum members having a conversation with a local newsmaker.

On Wednesday, members of the Reader Forum — Sara Aeikens, Jeshua Erickson, Hyrum Kurth, Linda Lares, Erik Larsen and Joyce Rhody — will have a lunchtime conversation with Albert Lea City Manager Victoria Simonsen about city budget issues.

Tribune Managing Editor Tim Engstrom will operate the webcast camera and field e-mail questions from viewers at home.

The show will appear on the homepage for a half hour. The next installment of the “Live at Lunch” series will take place May 20. Look for it every third Wednesday of every month.
