Grass fires reported in county

Multiple fires broke out in Freeborn County Tuesday, according to Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office reports.
Reports indicated at about 4 p.m. Tuesday a cornfield was on fire near 88750 State Highway 251.
Shortly after, at 4:17 p.m., a shed was reported on fire at 16331 840th Ave. in Glenville. Then, at 5:52 p.m. a grass fire was reported at 33870 630th Ave. in New Richland.
Later, at 7:59 p.m., a grass fire was called in at 20359 630th Ave. in Alden.
Window broken
The rear window of an automobile on East Sixth Street was reported broken out sometime Monday night, according to police reports.
The incident was reported at 7:37 p.m. Tuesday.
Automobiles reported stolen
A 1993 Chevy Lumina four-door car was reported stolen sometime after 9 p.m. Monday from the 800 block of John Farry Place, according to police reports. Reports indicated the keys were in the car.
A 1997 black Dodge Ram truck was reported stolen from the 200 block of South First Avenue. The incident was reported at 7:59 a.m. Tuesday, reports stated.
Window broken on car
A window was reported cracked on a black 1995 Dodge Neon on the 300 block of East Third Street at 11:48 a.m. Tuesday, according to reports.
