Bulldogs baseball knocks off Forest City

The Lake Mills baseball team fell behind 1-0 after the second batter of the game hit a solo shot for Forest City Wednesday in Lake Mills, but the Bulldogs (9-5, 4-1 NIC) were able to respond to pick up their sixth consecutive win.
Lake Mills came back in the bottom of the first for three runs via an RBI double from Chris Throne and a five-run second that included a three-run homer from Throne en route to a 10-4 win.
Throne also got the win on the mound as he threw five innings of six-hit ball and struck out six.
Brad Midlang finished 3-for-4 with two runs scored.
