Police arrested Scott Allen Odle, 24, for a social host violation and providing alcohol to minors at 11:22 p.m. Friday on the 800 block of Newton Avenue after police received a call about a possible underage drinking party, reports stated.

Also cited were Jacob Andrew Furch, 20, and Troy Joseph Hollister, 19, for minor consumption.

The report stated one other juvenile was also cited for minor consumption.

Signs damaged at beach

Signs were reportedly hit at City Beach at 10:18 a.m. Monday, according to reports.

Vehicles reported stolen

A 1998 Plymouth Voyager van was reported taken sometime over the weekend from Ramsey Street, according to police reports. The incident was reported at 2:31 p.m. Monday.

A Jeep Liberty located near Johnson Street and Harding Avenue Friday night was reported missing at 8:09 a.m. Monday.

Water main broken

A water main was reported broken on Happy Trails Lane at 4:38 p.m. Monday. Both ends around the break were barricaded, and the utilities department is expected to work on it today.
