People leaving trash in business bins is bad

This is in regard to the Salvation Army story about people leaving their unusable couches, etc., outside for the store employees to dispose of even though it costs to do so.
A lot of people would rather someone else pay to dispose of their unusable things than having to pay for it themselves.
You see a lot of businesses that have empty garbage bins when they lock up for the night and the next day they have it half full of someone else’s garbage because those people are too cheap to pay for the disposal themselves.
No wonder businesses have to charge more for their goods and services because of uncaring people who take advantage no matter how they do it.
They think they are getting away with it. But in the end we all pay for their selfishness, and it makes me mad.
