Knight girls rebound with victory over St. Clair

After a loss to Truman last Friday, the Alden-Conger girls’ basketball team got back on track Thursday with a 57-47 victory over St. Clair.

The Knights (2-2) played aggressive from the start and took a 30-21 lead at halftime.

Katie Hallman scored a game-high 22 points for Alden-Conger. Kenzie Martin poured in 10 points, while Amber Erickson scored 10 points.

Nicole Dorn and Katelyn Pierson both scored a team-high 10 points for the Cyclones.

The Knights will be in action Tuesday as they play Austin/Lyle Pacelli in Alden.
