Four cited for DWI’s

Theresa Lynn Demmer, 57, was cited for 4th degree DWI at the intersection of Marshall St. and Ramsey St. Friday at 10:38 p.m. by Albert Lea police.
Edward Steven Hubbard, 60, was cited with 3rd degree DWI at the intersection of Garfield Ave. and Ramsey St. Saturday at 12:08 a.m. by Albert Lea police.
David Alan Carlson was cited with 4th degree DWI by Albert Lea police Sunday at 1:16 a.m. at the intersection of South Broadway Ave. and East Front St.
Cheryl Ann Howell, 60, was cited for 3rd degree DWI Sunday at 2:12 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 20 and 270th St. by the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.
Thefts reported
A snowblower was reported stolen at 9:51 a.m. Friday at 1314 Frank Ave., Albert Lea. According to the police report, the snowblower was for sale at the property.
Albert Lea police responded to a theft report at 311 Park Ave. Saturday at 3:09 p.m. A trek bike and Playstation 3 were reported stolen.
Albert Lea police responded to a theft report of a 100-gallon Igloo ice cooler Sunday at 9:38 p.m. at 822 West Clark St. A report was filed.
Criminal damages
Albert Lea police responded to a criminal damage property report at 513 Garfield Ave. at noon Friday. According to the police report, a window was shot with a BB gun or pellet gun.
The Albert Lea Police Department responded to a criminal damage property report Saturday at 9:27 a.m. at 424 1/2 Bridge Ave. It was reported that the front door was broken. A report was filed.
Arrest warrants executed
Albert Lea police executed an arrest warrant to Gerard Lazaro, 20, Saturday at 9:44 p.m. at 410 Prospect Ave. Police also cited Lazaro with minor consumption.
Albert Lea police executed an arrest warrant to Steven Boyd Derick, 20, Sunday at 5:24 p.m. He was arrested on five local warrants, obstructing justice and illegal possession of alcohol.
Man cited for minor consumption
Viktor Andriyets, 19, was cited by the Albert Lea Police Department for minor consumption while driving and a seat belt violation Saturday at 9:48 p.m. at the intersection of South Broadway Ave. and East Pearl St.
Police respond to burglaries
Albert Lea police responded to a burglary report Sunday at 9:41 a.m. at the South Side Pub at 1119 South Broadway Ave. It was reported that access was gained through the roof vent and vending machines and gambling machines broken into.
Albert Lea police responded to a burglary at 1516 West Front St. Sunday at 7:19 p.m. A 40-inch Toshiba flat screen television was reported stolen.
Drug paraphernalia found
Albert Lea police officers cited Heather Marie Krumrie, 21, with open bottle at the intersection of Blake Ave. and East Main St. during a routine traffic stop Saturday at 1:43 a.m. Simone Ann Sullivan, 29, was cited with possession of drug paraphernalia and small amount.
During a routine traffic stop Saturday at 11:41 p.m., Albert Lea police cited Tyler Leroy Egeness with paraphernalia on the 1200 block of Virginia Place.
