I-90 reopens

The Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Minnesota State Patrol reopened Interstate 90 from Albert Lea to the South Dakota border at 2:15 p.m. Sunday.

The interstate had been closed since 11 a.m. Saturday due to extremely low visibility caused by blowing snow.
