GLENVILLE — Peter Hansen scored 20 points and added a career-high 13 assists Friday, as the Glenville-Emmons Wolverines boys’ basketball team beat the Hope Lutheran Patriots 75-31.

The Wolverines (3-0, 2-0 Southeast) led 41-24 at halftime before holding the Patriots (0-1, 0-1) to just seven points in the second half of their season-opener.

Junior guard, Tyler Belshan, also had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds in his first varsity start, while Andrew Lau chipped in 16 points and seven rebounds.

Sophomore guard, Derek Olson, had 15 points and five rebounds, and Tyler Woodside added eight points.

The Wolverines play next at 7:15 p.m. Monday at Lyle/Pacelli (0-1, 0-0) in Austin.
