Campus Notes: Area students named to dean’s list at Northwestern College

The following students were named to the spring semester dean’s list at Northwestern College in St. Paul.
Jonathan Back, son of Barry and Laura Back of Albert Lea. Back is pursuing a degree in graphic design at Northwestern.
Paul Little, son of Martin and Arlene Little of Alden. Little is pursuing a degree in history at Northwestern.
Isaac Paulson, son of David and Carrie Paulson of Glenville. Paulson is pursuing an engineering dual degree at Northwestern.
Knudsen graduates from Northwestern College
Northwestern College announces that Jordan Knudsen, of Clarks Grove, graduated from Northwestern on Dec. 17, 2010, with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice.
Local ALHS graduate earns doctorate
Jamie Green, of Albert Lea, graduated in November 2010 with her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology, Eagan. She is a 1997 graduate of Albert Lea High School and the daughter of Larry Green of Albert Lea and the late Katherine Brackey.
Area students graduate from Iowa State
The following area students graduated from Iowa State University in fall 2010.
Anna Claussen, of Albert Lea, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering and Spanish.
Abbie Marsh, of Grafton, Iowa, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in family and consumer science education and studies.
Thomas Clagett, of Kensett, Iowa, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural studies.
Jennifer Ramthun, of Lake Mills, Iowa, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in anthropology;
Melanie Aanonson, of Lyle, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in agronomy.
Birkhofer graduates from University of Iowa
Rebecca Birkhofer graduated from the University of Iowa with a doctor of physical therapy degree.
Seberson named to dean’s list at Gustavus Adolphus College
Troy Seberson, of Albert Lea, was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester at Gustavus Adolphus College. He is the son of Chuck and Sherry Seberson.
